Hi ! I am looking for someone to sublet a huge double-room in a gigantic Petite-Patrie Montreal apartment in Québec. The apartment comes with two double bedrooms and another room that can be used as an office/living room or guest room. The apartment is situated in the lovely Petite-Patrie neighborhood, close to commercial streets, big parks, lots of cafes and protected bike lanes.

It's a quiet place with two nice balconies. Close to Rosemont, Beaubien, and Fabre metro stations as well as several bus lines. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a duplex and comes with a small, gifted and affectionate cat, Caipi.

If you’re open to looking after my cat when I’m away for a couple of weeks this summer, I could reduce rent a bit during that time.
