We're subletting our 900 sqft room/studio—the entire garden level of a 2-level Bushwick apartment, all internet/utilities included.

We're looking to sublet it from early October to late February.

The room:
The room is quite private, and most of the time it feels like its own apartment—it includes its own dedicated bathroom and shower, and it has private access to the front street and backyard. The shared kitchen/living room/dining area is upstairs.

The room is furnished and is currently partitioned as a bedroom and office area, artist studio, media room (featuring a really nice projector!), and home gym/laundry area. You will be welcome to use the projector and gym. Artists looking for a live/work space welcome, but we'd ask that anything that produces dust be done in the backyard!

Not pictured:
We recently added a nice pull-out couch to the media area, as well as some more storage cabinets in the laundry area.

Common areas:
You'll share a few common areas with our upstairs roommates: the living/dining room area, kitchen, and backyard. The room you'll occupy contains the apartment's laundry area, and our roommates upstairs will need occasional access (always by appointment with you) to do their laundry. They're very chill, and we've found this to be a pretty easy and frictionless arrangement so far!

We (Charis and Reid) are an artist/writer couple in our early 30s. We are originally from Texas and do a good deal of traveling between NYC and Houston. We'll be traveling to the west coast and to Texas until late February.
