Welcome to my Greenpoint oasis!

My apartment is located on one of the best blocks in Greenpoint, around the corner from the best stretch of Franklin Avenue with tons of restaurants and coffee shops and a block from the water and Transmitter park.

The building used to be a factory, and the unit features 12-foot ceilings with wood beams, brick walls, and gorgeous cement floors. There are huge windows that bring in a ton of light.

The upstairs is where you'll find the kitchen- fully stocked with everything you need to cook, and we have appliances including a Vitamix, milk frother, and soda stream.

The living/dining room is filled with plants and gets a ton of light.

The primary bedroom features a Leesa mattress and Parachute bedding.

The second bedroom has an office setup and twin bed.

Downstairs is a lounge area with a huge wraparound sofa (shown in the last photo), a surround sound speaker system and projector with Apple TV, a second office setup, and a second bathroom.

The lower entrance opens up to a hallway with the building's laundry room.

I have decorated the space with a lot of care and it is filled with art and artifacts from around the world. I love sharing my space, and am looking for renters who intend to take the absolute best care of our space and respect what has gone into it!

I travel often so please feel free to inquire about any other dates... I will also be away this winter for many months if you are looking for a longer term stay!
