Hallway bathroom right next to your room is private but will be used by occasional visitors or the occasional shower. Mini-fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room. W/D in the apartment. Use of kitchen, though ideally not a big cook.

I've rented to students and academics for years and loved it. You would be living with me (fun, chill, adult woman) in an enormous apartment that is in transition (being cleared out and redecorated).

Rental can be short or long term, month-to-month lease, ideally 3 months or more. $1485/month plus utilities (about $185, including high speed internet)
