I (30s, female) work in the entertainment industry, normally based in NYC. I've accepted a short term job offer in LA but it does not include a housing stipend.

I'm seeking an affordable sublet for parts of May, June, July and August. I can provide pet or plant sitting for folks (unfortunately not dogs because I'll be out during the day) as well as references. I have a couple of cat-sitting situations set up but there are still some gaps to fill!

I'm looking for a private space, no roommates -- studio, 1br or maybe guest house. But I can be flexible depending on the situation! I'm clean, quiet, and don't need many amenities.
