Hi all! My name is J, and my partner, Chris, and I are looking for a third roommate to join us on an approved lease on a 3-bed/1-bath apartment in Bushwick, starting June 1st. It’s a 3 story walk up in a pre-war building.

About us:

We are a peaceful couple, both 25, AFAB and queer, and we’ve been living together in Flatbush for the past year.

I work Off-Broadway as a wardrobe dresser and costume design assistant and Chris is a full-time film student at the graduate level. Our schedules vary but we usually work long hours.

We both have lots of roommate experience and we really value a clean, calm, and respectful home environment. We do regular weekly resets of the space and clean up promptly after ourselves. We like to keep communication open and take feedback well. We’re very excited to share our home!

Who we’re looking for:

Ideally looking for other queer or afab folks who like to keep the space clean and inviting and prioratise a peaceful atmosphere at home.
