Hello! I have a rent-stabilized bedroom available for a June 1st one year lease in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment located in the heart of Jackson Heights!

The apartment is in an elevator building and gets tons of natural light throughout the day with our floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and is spacious enough to fit a full or queen bed, dresser, and additional storage.

The common areas include a cozy living room, kitchen (with a large fridge and my espresso machine), and an additional outdoor balcony facing the street. The apartment also features floor to window ceilings and hardwood floors throughout.

The apartment building has a laundry room, large outdoor balcony for community use, and is steps away from 74th-Roosevelt station with all of the trains (7, E, F, M, R and the free Q70 to LGA). Plus our super is awesome!

I've really loved living in this apartment and in this neighborhood for the past 4 years, so I am urgently looking to have someone fill the room as soon as possible so I can stay in my home <3
