I am a native New Yorker, a teacher and a mother. I currently teach 4th grade at The School at Columbia University and creative writing with Uptown Stories. I have one son. Living in inwood for the past 14 years has been wonderful! I enjoy taking long walks, cooking, traveling, making art, writing and reading.

I have decided to embark on a journey this year and will be moving to Brazil this summer for a teaching position in Salvador, Bahia.
