This is 1 bedroom available in a 4 bedroom apartment. Your room is very large, currently holding a Queen size bed, a vanity, a sitting area, and a huge walk in closet. Large windows get great light. Large shared kitchen and common space.

Our apartment is on the quiet and respectful side. Please don't bring the party here, but we do host dinner parties occasionally and let each other know if we have a friend visiting etc. Cannabis friendly, no other drugs.

Utilities and shared items are split evenly, and work out to around $110 a month (it varies mostly depending on the cost of electricity).

3 roommmates: 1) A 41 year old (gay, he/him) meditation and yoga teacher who works in the neighborhood and his small, quiet, friendly dog. 2) A 40 year old film and photography enthusiast (dyke, she/her) who works at Film Forum. 3) A 38 year old friendly and fun professional (straight female, she/her) server, currently at Blue Hill.

We truly live in the apartment, and clean up after ourselves. It isn't sparkling all the time, but we keep common areas ready for the next person who is using it.
