Located in a quiet, 16 unit courtyard building, the apartment features two private entrances, large windows, and 1930's architectural charm. The space is tastefully furnished and immaculately maintained.
Centrally located 5 minutes from Silver Lake, Echo Park, and Koreatown and 10 minutes from DTLA, Larchmont Village, and Los Feliz.
I'm seeking a responsible single subletter (or couple) who will treat the space and neighbors respectfully.
Price includes furnishings, high speed internet, and all utilities.
Available 6/10 - 9/15 for 1-3 months. There is some flexibility available with start and end dates.
