The room can be provided furnished if needed, with a bed and desk/chair in very good condition (about 90% new). The common space includes a TV and a coffee machine.

The apartment is located in a lively residential neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk to York Blvd, with easy access to cafés, restaurants, and daily essentials. There is also a shared balcony with views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets.

I currently live in the apartment with two female roommates. We’re all pretty chill, friendly, and easy to live with. Both roommates are CalArts alumni and work in creative fields. The apartment is calm and respectful, and it’s definitely not a party house.

I’m moving due to a change in my work situation. This has been a really lovely place to live, and the neighborhood feels warm and lived-in. One of my favorite things about the apartment is the view — the sunsets outside are honestly a big part of why I fell in love with this home. It’s been a bit of a dream place for me.
