I’m renting a large Light filled room, 10 ft X 21 ft with a high printed tin ceiling and a big closet in an East Village loft on
2nd Avenue. The room is partially furnished with a queen sized bed a small dresser with 3 drawers and a chair. It's on the 5th floor and has access to an elevator with an individual lock and key bringing you directly into the loft. We share the bathroom, living room, the kitchen and a washing machine and dryer.

Rent is $2,000.00. It’s available to move in for June.
A Sublease Agreement must be signed and utilities , WIFI internet and household cleaning supplies are included in the rent.

Great space to live full time or as an office/studio or pied a terre. A great location in a very convenient neighborhood. Public transportation includes F, M, B, D, 6, N, R buses and a Citi Bike stand around the corner. Wholefoods, Union Market and other markets and bodegas, pharmacies and hardware stores are right out the door or within a few blocks. Excellent variety of shops and boutique clothing stores, restaurants , coffee shops , specialty food stores, Farmer’s Markets, Thompson Square Park and Washington Square Park, Little Italy and China Town are all within walking distance. There are a variety of Gyms and yoga studios nearby. Movie theaters, live music venues , the Public Theater and Joe’s Pub are all within walking distance. There are many local restaurants, bars and cafes in the neighborhood.

I am a mature female working in the arts and video for many years. My office/studio is in the loft and I work at home. Our rooms are at opposite ends of the loft so we both have privacy and can use the kitchen and bathroom without going through either of our personal spaces. I’ve 5 vaccinations.
