We are looking to rent our fully furnished home monthly, for up to 5 months, open to longer term as well. It features a lot of open space and luxurious appliances and amenities. The kitchen includes an induction stove top, wolf appliances, a sub zero fridge (and extra beverage fridge in the garage), and nested drawers for a sleek look. The open living room features large windows with lots of natural light, and a record player. There is an attached office, a bonus office / bedroom downstairs off of an additional den with large television, and an additional gym room complete with peloton bike and tonal gym system. There is also a movie theater room on the lower level of the house.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms - master, with walk out balcony, large walk in closet, heated bathroom floor, and double shower heads. The guest bedroom has its own walk in closet and additional full bath.

The backyard is a tranquil oasis - it's right on a local creek and filled with lovely trees, a large trex patio, large fire pit, remote controlled pergola, and a weber grill.

You will have access to the garage for one car, there is also a sauna included in the garage.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walks, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Denver. The Denver light rail is also a 10 minute walk (to Wadsworth station). Recommend a car for getting around Lakewood area.
