About the Space:

- Largest bedroom in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.

- Private full bathroom just for you.

- Full access to a modern kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and spacious office space in the basement (we’d be open to negotiating the price a bit if you decide not to use the basement).

- Huge backyard with red raspberries (feel free to pick when they’re in season!) and a small grill for you to use. Also free to garden.

- Quiet, residential neighborhood just a 3-minute walk from the C line, with the J/Z (10 mins walk) and L (17 mins walk) also close by.

- Cats in residence (they mostly nap).

- Bedroom comes partially furnished but space can be made for personal furniture.

- A work desk can be provided for the room

Extras:

- Internet and access to streaming services are included.

- A professional cleaner coming every two weeks to help tidy up common spaces and bathrooms (no additional cost)

- AC unit provided during summer.

- Private backyard space for our apartment

- In-Unit washer/dryer

- Basement storage/work space available

- We really appreciate all of the responses but cannot hold the room for more than 24 hours without some sort of good faith deposit.

- We're willing to go down in price if you take the smaller room (larger room has much more closet space) *

Hi, I’m Mike, and I own a newer wine shop in Williamsburg, which means I’m usually working quite a bit these days. My partner is a children's author, and they also stay busy with their work. We’re both pretty quiet and laid-back, and when we’re not working, we love gaming, cooking, and enjoying some downtime at home. Before the craziness of starting the shop, I spent a lot of time gardening and hope to get back to it soon.

We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, clean, and easy-going. and serious about the space. We have two cats (they mostly sleep). I speak both Spanish and English, so we can chat in either!
