Built in 1975 - Hasn’t been renovated since then so the house has a lot of character! Spacious kitchen, foyer, dining space and living room. Balcony access through a roommate’s room. Close to the Nassau G, lots to do nearby, and the river is a short walk away. On a major street, but the noise isn’t too bad with the windows closed.
