Sublet January 1st - August 31st. Looking for a roommate to live with me! I'm subletting the other 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom in my 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. With potential to renew after August 31st (I love this apartment and location, honestly a dream apartment, so I want to renew the lease if the price doesn’t go up too much). Move-in dates flexible to be sooner or a little later if needed, and I’m also open to people who are looking for shorter term stays that end before August 31st, if it’s the right fit 🙂

✨Monthly rent $2350. This price includes the cost of the building amenities, which include a gym, two yoga studios, spa with sauna and steam room, rooftop pool, a large co-working space...I know the amenities are insane). Other things to know about the building is that there is a 24 doorman. I’ve fully furnished the bedroom with a brand new queen bed and mattress, new bedding (of course you can bring your own), curtains, hangers, hamper, desk, chair. And since this is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, you have your own bathroom to yourself! Security deposit is 1 month of rent.

☀️🏡 The apartment is south-west facing, has in-unit laundry and dryer, dishwasher and all modern appliances. It's a brand new building, aka no pests, no mold, no scary nyc things haha. I’ve all around had the best experience living here hence why I want to eventually renew 🙂

🚊 Location: Mott Haven near the 3 Av - 138 St subway stop (the 6 subway line). Super convenient commute if you work anywhere off the 4/5/6 subway line to Upper East Side, Midtown Grand Central, Union Square, Fulton St in Financial District etc). There are several cafes and restaurants on the same street as the apartment that I spend way too much money at. I come back from work quite late on the subway 😃

I’m looking to for a clean, friendly, quiet, and responsible roommate to sublet the other room & bathroom. I like to use the apartment as more of a personal sanctuary / quiet place to unwind as opposed to a social space where people come over.
