I am sadly moving for work, so I have to break my lease and give up my AMAZING apartment directly across from Prospect Park! My partner and I have lived here for the past 1.5 years, and have absolutely loved the building and the neighborhood.
The building: 123 Parkside (123 on the Park) is a pre-war gut-reno building with 7 stories and 245 units. It is connected to/shares amenities with its sister building, 125 Parkside. The building is accessible and has an elevator.

Neighborhood: The Prospect Park South area is such a gem! The apartment is situated across the street from Prospect Park, and one block from Parade Ground (which has a playground, sports fields, tennis courts, and a dog park!). You’re also just a few blocks north of the massive Victorian homes of the neighborhood, and only steps away from restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores, and both the Church Ave & Parkside Ave B/Q stops!
Lease takeover: You will be signing a NEW 12-MONTH LEASE (this is not a sublet). First month’s rent and security deposit ($6900 total) will be due on signing.
Move in: Somewhat flexible, but around the 6/15-7/1 range
