- Unit is located in the basement but receives very good sunlight through large windows (see pictures) (videos available on request).

I'm Katie (she/her) and while I am sad to be leaving NYC I am excited to embark on my next chapter in medical school, which I am starting in my thirties (!) I love NYC and all that the Cobble Hill neighborhood, and Brooklyn have to offer. This apartment hosted many great times with friends, dinner parties, movie nights, and more. I hope it will bring someone new a meaningful chapter in NYC just as it did for me (and the lady I myself took over the lease from.)
