We are 2 friendly, working adult artists who've created a peaceful drama-free 3 bedroom home in a really cool area of Washington Heights, just off the A train at 175th. Our apartment is spacious, clean, with hardwood floors, and the main bedroom as well as the entire apartment comes fully furnished. The room available gets great light, has a decent sized closet, plus has a partial view of the George Washington Bridge! We're near a couple of cute parks, plus a 20 minute walk to Fort Tryon Park (my favorite), and only 5 minutes to the subway. The building has an elevator with laundry in the basement, plus we have a dishwasher :-) We’re all busy professional artists who spend a lot of time out on various, jobs etc., so depending on your schedule, you might feel like you have the entire place to yourself. We are looking for the right fit, someone who can add to our peaceful environment and the haven we've already established. I've moved around the city a lot over the years and I can honestly say I love this area more than anything!

Since we're busy people, we mostly keep to ourselves but we're also cool & flexible, so sometimes we chat in the living room and have an occasional glass together. We LOVE good energy and try to be mindful of each other from day to day. We keep a tidy & peaceful home, where we always clean up after ourselves (no dishes in the sink) and we each take turns cleaning the common areas -especially the bathroom 1x per week. One roommate (a cis-gendered gay male) is a former fashion model who works for a historic arts club and is mostly out of the house. I (a cis-gendered straight female) am a performing artist (theatre) who also works in health care between private caregiving & med office staffing, so my schedule fluctuates.
