I’m subletting a room—prefer short term but open to longer stays—in my bright, high-floor corner apartment in Greenpoint.
The space gets incredible light throughout the day, with 14 wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows and wide-open views of the Manhattan skyline and East River—sunsets here are genuinely special.
It’s a true two-bedroom with an open, easy living area that feels calm and spacious. The apartment is fully furnished with a mix of modern pieces and collected decor that gives it a warm, lived-in feel without being cluttered.
The building is a full-service high-rise with a 24-hour concierge, right on the waterfront. It’s quiet but still close to everything—some of my favorite restaurants, cafes, and small shops in Brooklyn are all within a short walk.
I’ve love living here—it’s a really peaceful, light-filled space that’s easy to settle into.
I share the apartment with a very sweet and smart mini Australian Shepherd, so being comfortable with dogs (or a dog lover!) is important.
I’m looking for someone respectful, considerate, and easy to live with—someone who will take good care of the space. Creative and social energy is always a plus.
It’s a calm, peaceful space and I try to keep it that way—so no smoking, parties, or loud music.
Happy to share photos or more details if it feels like a fit.
