I'm looking to sublet this room in a lovely neighborhood, conveniently located near the Carroll Station (F and G lines), while I am away on artist residencies. There are two other roommates living here, Julie (37 F) a musician and music teacher and Jess (42 F) who works in film and spends most of her time out of the apartment. We're all pretty low-key creatives who like a calm environment.

THERE ARE TWO SUBLET PERIODS AVAILABLE: May 3 - May 25 ($1000, utilities included) and July 1st - August 13th ($1900, utilities included). The sublet does not include June.
I'm happy to sublet for either period separately, or both. Exact dates preferred, some flexibility might be possible (days, not weeks).

I would also ask for a security deposit of 1/2 the amount paid for rent, to be returned upon leaving. No pets.

Cute common space, kitchen, desk space. Walkable to Prospect Park, Lower East Side in 15 minutes on the train. Laundry around the corner, lots of cute shops and restaurants.
