*Looking for a new long-term roommate from March in a lovely 2br/1bath apt, $1675/mo + utilities.

**Prospect Heights, few blocks east of Grand Army Plaza above Prospect Park starting March 1 '25

*Only a 4 min walk to the 2/3/4/5 trains, right by S-train, 10 min walk to Prospect Park and the farmers market at Grand Army Plaza. Franklin Ave is literally around the corner, with lots of great coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep 🙂 ...

*This queen-sized room is 1675,- per month, plus ± 75 to cover utilities and internet. First rent and $1000 deposit are required to move in. You would sign a long-term sublease agreement.

*The shared space is huge and the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so lots of privacy! You'll be sharing the space with me, Yuvraj (30), a freelance photographer.

*Your bedroom looks out onto the backyard and trees, not onto the street. It easily fits in a queen bed, a desk and cabinets and has built-in storage. It's on the second story of an old brownstone, with quiet and friendly neighbors.

*The shared kitchen, bath, and living room are already partially furnished for you to share! But always open to suggestions, new furniture, art, appliances, etc. so you can make it a more comfortable shared space.

* Small pets ok as long as you look after them frequently! No existing pets currently.

* Apt is the entire 2nd story of the brownstone, with 1 neighbor above and 1 below - no sharing the floor with another unit, so it’s very private & the neighbors are super friendly & great for tips around the neighborhood and city living in general.

* Not a new construction building with brand new countertops and stuff, let’s be honest, but the place is well maintained, clean, and charming with exposed brick, large windows and tons of greenery out the window (the room that’s available faces a private garden, not into the street).

* Down to explore the neighborhood together, grab drinks or cook dinner together occasionally (up to you), but we definitely want to respect personal boundaries as well 🙂
