Two bedroom apartment in the heart of beautiful Astoria. Walking distance to NYC Transit, groceries, laundromats, pretty much everything you’d need. Landlord is very nice. Would be a bedroom in a shared apartment, with a third room in the back for the (fellow) hobbyist or just extra storage! Patio out back with a shared outdoor space.
About This Lister
I am an architect, but also a hobbyist. I love the outdoors, to sing and to cosplay! I am naturally more introverted, especially after work, but can be more extroverted under the right circumstances. If I’m not in the office working late-ish I am remote or on a job site roughly two days a week. Would prefer someone who maintains a relatively clean space, and is similarly ambiverted.

Rental requirements
Someone working a 9-5 with a relatively normal sleep schedule is required. We would split rent and utilities even. Credit report, valid ID, W2, bank statements and pay stubs required.
Pets Policy
Cats and dogs are welcome, albeit they are well behaved and house trained.
