Hi, we’re a couple of entrepreneurs who split our time between Spain (about 5 months a year) and NYC (about 7 months).

Rather than renting an expensive one-bedroom apartment in Manhattan and leaving it empty for months—or subleasing it to strangers—we’re hoping to find the right people for a mutually beneficial arrangement. Ideally, someone who takes care of their home, and who we can also build a friendly, trusting relationship with.

In exchange, we offer our beautiful 9,000 sq ft villa located 90 minutes from Barcelona and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The house includes a swimming pool, garden, office studio, and 3 bedrooms. We’re open to a full home swap while we’re in NYC.

Alternatively, we’re happy to rent your NYC apartment at a discounted rate in exchange for access to our home in Spain whenever you’d like to use it. We’re flexible with dates and arrangements.

A 2010 Audi A6 3.0 Allroad is also included.
