The swap: We're looking to swap our beautiful house this summer (flexible - July - mid August) in Mexico City for yours in Europe in nature.

Our home is located on a quiet street in the heart of La Condesa neighborhood. It was built in the 1950s and much of the original detailing remains intact with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Within a 10 minute walk there are hundreds of cafes, restaurants, bars and parks.

The house includes 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. There is a dedicated office space, a tv room, and a large living room and kitchen that open onto a rooftop patio.

Our home is on the second and third floor of the house with a beautiful interior patio entrance. If you'd like more space, there is also the option to rent the first floor which is a separate apartment with one bedroom, a loft with a queen size bed, a living room and kitchen.

What we're looking for: We're hoping to find a similar sized space in nature close to hikes, swims and a town somewhere in Europe before mid August.
