Located on the 2nd floor of a two story mid 20th century building with a panoramic view of the neighborhood, including Dodgers Stadium. Only two units, landlord lives in the other unit. Two sets of outdoor stairs lead up to my unit, protected with a locked gate with code on street level. Neighborhood is extremely walkable for LA - grocery stores, cafes, parks, bars, hiking etc.

I'm a gay male arts administrator and fundraiser. Have lived here happily for 8 years and am taking a few weeks to explore Europe. I rent this space and have permission from my landlord to sublet. Some construction may happen outside the unit on the unoccupied downstairs unit and/or the front of the house, however this may be minimal due to the holidays.
