My daughter and I are going to be out of town from July 9-July 21, and we are renting our house while we are away. Our house is elegant, minimally designed, bright, tranquil and clean. And it's filled with contemporary art!

Washington, a beautiful section of the east side of LA, right above Highland Park, an amazing neighborhood that features some of LA's best restaurants, bars and shops. The house has stunning views and hiking trails nearby, and is just a block away from a hillside playground and park. The house has two bedrooms (one queen bed and one twin), two full bathrooms, a minimally designed but highly functional kitchen, polished concrete floors, washer/dryer, central heat and AC, high-speed internet, two large 4K televisions, plenty of board games, parking for two cars in the garage (which also has an electric car charger). And the best park is the spacious landscaped garden with sitting areas, fresh herbs and vegetables, fruit trees and a gas grill. The tomatos are doing great this year are and you are welcome to pick whatever is ripe.
