We love this home. Location is amazing. We are 2 minutes to Cortlandt station which is a smooth 1 hour train ride into NYC (reliable, frequent, on-time, and along the beautiful Hudson most of the way). We are less than a 10 minute walk from Oscawana Park which is a beautiful hiking area along the Hudson. There is another 10-minute walk on residential roads near our house with a beautiful, higher elevation view of the Hudson which is splendid at sunset.

The home itself is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a screened in porch and a backyard. Walk-in closet. Washer and dryer downstairs. Dishwasher in the kitchen. Driveway. 2 adjustable standing desks for work-from-home. Plenty of storage space. The home is a duplex and kind, friendly lady lives upstairs and we rarely see her (and we don't share any appliances or spaces). No quirks. This place is in great working order, clean, taken care of, and furnished with love. For the electric vehicle owners: there's an outlet in the driveway for level-2 chargers which is a game changer.

Backyard features many birds and squirrels, a groundhog who eats pears from the pear tree, and an occasional coyote visitor.
