We’re looking for someone to move into our HP house for either shorter term for the holidays or with potential to move in more permanently depending on the fit! Rent is $1600 a month but we can talk depending on needs.

- Two female creatives in their 30s as roommates.
- Central AC/heat, though house remains relatively cool on it's own as it's on a shaded and tree filled side street.

I’m the main tenant and the other roommate is also in her 30s and she spends many days at school. We both have active social lives and are mostly doing our own thing but we’re always happy to share a chat in the kitchen or common spaces. You’d be sharing a bathroom with me, so want to be sure we communicate well :)
