🌞 8 minutes to the R train gets you to Manhattan & central Brooklyn within an hour (the distance makes you more deliberate, which makes this a perfect place to focus on reading/research/resting) and friends love to visit for a neighborhood tour (I'm happy to share all my reccs with you!)
