Bathroom: You will share one full bathroom with one person (29M).
Laundry: No in-unit washer/dryer; a laundromat is located on the same block.

💰 The Finances
Rent: $1,250/month and perhaps most importantly rent stabilized!!!
Utilities: Split evenly (electricity, internet, gas).
Cleaning: ~$40 contributed once every 3-4 months.
Application: Quick landlord approval process (primarily a standard credit check).

👥 The Housemates & Environment
Atmosphere: You will be sharing the apartment with 3 other guys. Two work from home, requiring a respectful daytime environment, while the third roommate is rarely home.

Current tenant offering wall A/C unit and custom encasing and all furniture seen in pictures (leather futon, sit/stand desk, shelving, queen size wooden frame and 12 inch memory foam mattress (only used with mattress cover) for FREE for those available to move in on May 9 or May 10.
