Hi!

I’m renting out my condo while I spend a few months visiting my family in Spain. This place is really special to me as it was my dream to own a home and I have poured so much love into it. So, I am hoping to find someone trustworthy who needs a peaceful, modern spot that feels like home for a few months.

The start date is flexible as I travel on December 18th so you can move in earlier if needed.

The apartment is in a brand-new luxury elevator building with some great amenities like a fully equipped gym, a rooftop, a big elegant lounge for relaxing or working, and my personal favorite: a sauna! It almost feels like a fancy hotel around here :)

The location is super convenient. 15 min walk to Prospect Park, and a couple of blocks from the 2 and 5 trains that take you to Manhattan. The building is in a quiet street but only half a block away from Nostrand Avenue which has everything you need: shops, supermarkets, coffee spots, restaurants, pharmacies, and more. The corner deli has the most delicious sandwiches!

The apartment is facing the back of the building so it's very quiet and gets natural sunlight all day.

Inside, you’ll find one large bedroom with a queen-sized bed, an office with a daybed and trundle (sleeps two), A/C and heating units in every room, an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher and plenty of closet space.
