Our sunny, furnished, and tidy 1BR comes with everything you need to stay warm and cozy in the NY winter! We've lived here for 6+ years, so it's stocked with everything you might need to feel like you're living here yourself.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dishwasher, and sprawling countertops. The living room is spacious and inviting, with lush plants and gorgeous morning sun. The bedroom is its own oasis, with plenty of closet space and a comfy queen mattress.

There is also a dedicated workspace with a sit-stand desk and an extra monitor, though we tend to hop around a few different locations in the apartment during the workday (the yellow chair, the countertops, and the popup coffee table are all favorites!). There's also reliably fast internet (FiOS with 250+/250+ mbps).

The apartment is in a new, modern building with an elevator, gym, laundry room, bike storage, and a terrace/roof deck. There’s regular cleaning of all common areas, and the super is always responsive if anything comes up.

The location is also convenient for any gallivanting you may have planned. We’re a three-minute walk from the Grand L (15min to Manhattan), a five-minute walk from Cooper Park, and a 5-10 minute walk from all sorts of dining and drinking options. There's also a Citibike dock around the corner, and if you have a car, street parking is super easy.

We are a couple in our late 30s who love making this space our home. We’re headed out West to spend time with family and do some skiing, so we're hoping to find someone to enjoy the apartment in our absence!
