I am seeking just a room, hopefully in the Bedstuy/Bushwick areas, but I'm open. I am a New York native, but I moved to California three years ago. Now I come back to NY every summer for an intense four months of work. I am a quiet, relaxed, and drama free roommate. In my 30s, I don't want anything but peace. I will be out of your way as much as possible. Most Sunday-Fridays I'll be working 10+ hours. Only space I'll take in the kitchen is for my weekly meal delivery kits (don't take up much) and some water/beverages.

I need a space that is LGBTQ+ friendly. I am pet friendly, if you have a cat/dog I'm happy to show them love and affection as I'll be away from my two animals all these months :'(

It will be me for 99.5% of the time, but my partner will be visiting me for a week or so in August, not sure exact dates yet. I would require she stayed with me.

Budget is a bit flexible depending on whether or not utilities are included, but I'd like to go no higher than $1250.
