The room is a private attic room with utilities included and you will have bathroom & kitchen access as well. The attic has two ‘A’ lined rooms and an open center space. This big dynamic house is shared with a family downstairs. It’s in the heart of Jamaica, Queens so it is close to an abundance of transportation and many shops. I’m a friendly working professional that enjoys yoga & Broadway. I don’t have many guest but do not object to a small hosting. I look forward to living with a considerate and responsible professional.
