Hi! I’m Olivia, and my husband Edward and I are searching for a long-term, unfurnished home in Brooklyn, ideally in Park Slope but we are open to other neighborhoods near the park. We are hoping to stay for a while, so a 2 year lease could work great for us (or 1 year with the option to renew.)

Our dream place is a well-lit duplex with 2-3BRs and in-unit washer and dryer. We especially gravitate toward homes with character and warmth—details like original woodwork or stained glass instantly win us over!

I’m Olivia, and my husband Edward and I are newly married and searching for a long-term home in Brooklyn, ideally Park Slope, Windsor Terrace, or any neighborhoods within a close distance of Prospect Park. We’re relocating back to NY this summer after a few years in Los Angeles for work—Brooklyn was home to us for over a decade, and we’re genuinely excited to return to the borough we love.

We’re a dual-income couple (consulting + civil engineering), with excellent credit, strong references, no pets, and we're non-smokers. We’re financially stable, easy to work with, and take a lot of pride in caring for our home—past landlords would happily vouch for us.

We’re hoping to find a place we can truly settle into for this next chapter as we hope to grow our family in the near future! We have a lot of flexibility on our moving dates, but ideally looking to move towards the end of summer or beginning of fall of this year.
