Architect seeking part time apartment mate to share comfortable Navy Yard area loft. Must be neat – ideally mature designer/writer who’s looking for a home base in Brooklyn for 2 weeks a month. You would have exclusive use of the apartment for (2) weeks during the month. You would not have access to the apartment for the other (2) weeks of the month. I'm imagining no overlap- the cleaner would come in after my use and yours and you would have closet space to store belongings between visits. 1600 sf of space – fully furnished – cooks’ kitchen- in unit laundry – central AC – quiet with large sunny home office/work space. Designated closet storage. Second floor unit in a quiet 3 unit - fully renovated walk up building. High speed internet and all utilities included in rent.
