My truly, bright, beautiful zen, treehouse like 1 bedroom apt in a pre-war townhouse in Red Hook, BK is available to sublet (full month minimum). Red Hook is essentially the closest feel you can get to living in a Hudson Valley or a seaport town while still being in the city. We don’t have a train stop but we have the bus and THE FERRY!!! Fantastic live music, quiet cobblestone streets, Sunny’s Bar, Strong Rope Brewery and Valentino Pier for those Statue of Liberty Views! I’m two blocks from the water!

Windows in every room. Dreamy bedroom with views of the Freedom Tower and Manhattan. Bright and open kitchen with a cute fire escape bistro table set-up, ideal for morning coffee sips or an evening cocktail cheers with a friend. It’s surrounded by large trees so really feels like you’re in a treehouse. The apt has many character details that add warmth to the space.

I’ve cleared out cabinets in the kitchen for your use, could clear more if wanted. One of the closets in the living room is open for your use, the other is locked with my personal items. I’ve also cleared out all storage locations in the bathroom as well as the dresser in the bedroom for your use. Brand new linens and comforter has been placed on the bed for you. I have a toaster oven and washer and dryer is in the basement. Living room has a record player with Bluetooth speakers and a STACKED record collection. UTILITIES (other than wifi) ARE INCLUDED! $2500 refundable deposit upon exiting and examining.

NOTE: I'd like to get a kind and respectful person into my home here on VanBrunt and Dikeman. I will want to conduct in person or zoom interviews as well as request that the individual provides up-to-date bank statements and multiple proof of income.
