The apartment has 1BR on the first floor and a sleeping loft bedroom on the second floor. The sleeping loft is very private with a lower ceiling. It is open slightly to the main loft space.
The ideal person for this space is a professional with an on-site job in NYC that has standard working hours and who lives outside the city and/or with family on the weekend.
About This Lister
I’m a female NYC professional in media/marketing. I’ve had many renters in the past and get along with everyone, especially those that are clean/neat, responsible and easy-going like myself. My weekday schedule is 7a – 11pm with home working hours from 9-5p.
Lister's Relationship to the Space
I own the apartment and would be the only other person occupying the space.
Rental requirements
Available: Starting March 1st or April 1st.
Term: Month-to-month with option to continue if it works out.
Rental cost: $1795 per month + $960 refundable security deposit. 4 nights per week, total 16 nights per month, Mon-Thurs.
Includes: Sleeping loft bedroom, shared LR, kitchen, bath, and utilities, cable and Wi-Fi. The sleeping loft is on the second floor of the apartment (see photos).
Building amenities: Laundry, roof deck, elevator.
No smoking or pets. Cannot accommodate people who work or study from home. One person only.
Rental requirements: Government issued ID, proof of income, references, rental agreement.
