About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity for those interested in working in the medical field and helping someone with their daily life tasks. Your role will involve range of motion stretching, bladder and bowel care, helping with dressing and showering, grooming and walking my dog, helping with training my dog, light house cleaning, misting and plant care, making/prepping food.
About Me:
I am a 41-year-old female with a spinal cord injury, residing in New York City for fourteen years. I have a passion for reading, plants and art. I am fully vaccinated and share my home with a three-year-old Cavapoo dog who is in training.
I am looking for a committed and detail-oriented personal care assistant to join my team. Please note that this position requires a strong commitment, and last-minute call-outs are not acceptable as I heavily rely on the people working for me. The role is a part-time long-term position and requires strong verbal communication skills.

Concepts of Independence is a CDPAP company, which allows individual, like myself who is looking for home assistance to hire individuals of their choice. You will be interviewing for the position with me in person. We will be working together in my apartment one-on-one. I live in Midtown West.
