Hello! We are a boutique interior design studio based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We have two rental options:

PRIVATE ROOM: 10'4" x 13' with one south facing window. Includes utilities, use of all common spaces, printer, and material library. $1,500.00 per month.

DESKS: 56" x 32" dedicated desk with monitor, and file cabinet storage. Includes utilities, use of all common spaces, printer, and material library. $500.00 per month.

Our 1,800 sqft studio is located in South Williamsburg, and includes the following:
- Wall-to wall corner of windows with southern and western facing exposure
- Dedicated desk space with thunderbolt monitor
- Aeron desk chairs
- Full kitchen with stove and dishwasher.
- Spring water to your heart's content.
- Private bathroom.
- Full-sized lounge with sectional and chairs
- Open space collaboration table situated with a television for broadcasting.
- Complete interior design material library with fabrics, tile, stone, wood, resilient materials, etc. Complete paint library, and wallpaper library.
- Private call room.
- Pin boards throughout.
- 2nd floor walk-up location, with freight elevator for occasional use.
- Professionally cleaned 2x a month.

We are currently 2-3 people depending on the day.

About us: two person, sociable, all-female interior design studio, who prioritize a low-stress environment. We typically work in the office 9:30-6pm M-Th and are remote on Fridays. There's always coffee brewing and usually a baked good for sharing.

Access to the space is 24/7. Rent includes utilities/wifi.
