Together we will navigate the complexities of adulthood, whether you are a college student, professional, or an adult facing life transitions. We can deal with issues like anxiety, depression, identity exploration, or the stress of balancing multiple responsibilities. We will explore your past, understand how it shapes your present, and develop strategies to manage day-to-day stressors. I aim to help you find clarity, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself.
I believe in a personalized approach that meets you where you are in your life. I incorporate a variety of different styles and techniques depending on what is going on in your life and what you need. In the initial sessions, you can expect me to get to know you and what is going on in your life. Known for being thoughtful and understanding, I ask questions to spark reflection and help you gain insights. Establishing a solid connection is essential; I aim to create a space where you feel at ease, understood, and never pressured to share anything until you're ready.
I offer a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy, with cultural competency, and a sensitivity to those who experience oppression and trauma. My practice embraces LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent clients and specializes in helping college students and adults at every stage.

Throughout my life, I have always had a passion for the helping profession in various settings. My journey began in college when a friend told me that if something was bothering me, then it mattered. This prompted me to seek my own therapy. After graduating from college, I spent time with a career counselor to figure out my calling, and during that time I discovered my desire to work in the mental health profession. Working with people through their journeys has always been a blessing, providing me with an immense sense of meaning and purpose. I hope to share this passion and inspire a similar sense of intention in all the individuals I work with.

I graduated from NYU Silver School of Social Work in 2020 with a social work degree. Since then, I have worked at a community mental health clinic, where I supported people experiencing a wide range of issues. In addition, I received a certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy from The Psychoanalytic Training Institute at New York Counseling and Clinical Social Work Services in 2022. In the summer of 2024, I received my License as a Clinical Social Worker.
