ISO something ideally in Elmwood Village, Five Points, or Lower West Side. Willing to consider other neighborhoods or suburbs, however. Flexible on the exact date, but aiming to move sometime in August.

Would love to find a long-term space that's a 2+ bdrm (would prefer 3+ or 2 w/ office space) for $1,600 or less with a yard.
