With a new baby, we have outgrown our apartment and are moving to a bigger space!
Looking for someone to take over our lease July 15. It’s a light-filled one bedroom in prime Chinatown. Got renovated in 2019 and we’ve kept it in excellent shape. Separate kitchen and living spaces, full bathroom with tub, and bedroom with sizeable closet. 5th floor walk up so you’ll get good exercise :) located near lots of trains and great restaurants. Rent stabilized unit too! We’re super sad to leave but need a bigger space. Please reach out with some details about yourself. We’ll be showing the place next week. Lease begins on July 15 with the option to renew in March. Photos are before we moved in but can send more with current furniture if needed.
