We’re seeking a sales associate who is enthusiastic and loves helping others to work part-time and weekends in our Brooklyn boutiques.
Retail experience a plus. If you've found you enjoy retail and customer service over a desk job and have always wanted to learn and grow in a team-oriented retail environment, we are looking for committed individuals to nurture alongside our business.
The position is part-time with opportunities for expanded hours, commissions, and exposure to all aspects of small-business retail. Our associates develop hands-on knowledge and in-depth expertise in selling jewelry, home goods, art, vintage rugs, antique furniture, and refurbished lighting across many periods and styles.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Greeting customers with a smile and being friendly
- Learning all sales lines to engage customers and make informed suggestions
- Catering to customer needs and inquiries via phone, text and email
- Keeping store tidy and clean
- Entering inventory
- Taking merchandise photos for shop albums
