The available bedroom is the larger of the two. It comfortably fits a queen sized bed, and also includes a large closet and a window overlooking the backyard. My previous roommate also left her full sized mattress and bed frame, which can be yours or it can be disposed of before move-in.

The apartment includes a fully furnished living room and kitchen, laundry in unit, a thermostat, and a backyard that is shared with the downstairs neighbors. The super for the building lives downstairs and is very responsive to maintenance requests and keeping the building clean. Utilities average about $150/month, which includes internet, electricity, and gas. Accessibility-wise, there is a small set of stairs on the front stoop of the building.

I've lived in this neighborhood for two years and truly love it. Our street is quiet, with large trees and beautiful architecture. We're one block away from the C train making for an easy commute, and about a 7 minute walk away from the A. We're also close to many grocery stores, restaurants, and shops on Tompkins.

I have a sweet but shy rescue dog named Yucca. He may take a moment to warm up to you, but once he does he's such a sweetheart. Although he has anxiety, he is very quiet and well behaved.
