Hi! My roommates and I are looking for someone to move into an available room in our apartment in Bushwick. It’s a duplex 4 bedroom 2 bath, with a backyard, and one block from the Kosciusko J stop. Ideally, the move-in date would be May 1, and last at least until October 1 when the lease renews. Longer term sublets hoping to resign lease are preferred but we can be flexible depending on the situation.

We’re 26, 31 and 30 years old and we have two cats. We like to keep a pretty clean space but do a lot of cooking, and other crafty/creative hobbies as well. The best fit would be someone who is responsible, works well as a team, and I willing to pitch in to keep the space looking clean.
