We’ve got an open room in our cozy apartment a few blocks away from the wonderful Fort Greene Park (that has an awesome farmers market every Saturday!). There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.
The apartment is conveniently located about a 10min walk from the C and G trains and is about a 15min walk to the Q. It's on the second floor walk up and is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.
It gets wonderful natural light, has a dishwasher, and AC/heating units in each room. The apartment is fully furnished but we're open to additional pieces, depending on what they are. Open to discussion on this one! :)
The room will be available on a new lease renewal starting August 1 and will be a year commitment. It comfortably fits a full-sized bed, a dresser, desk, and bookshelf. The rent is $1500+utilities.
We're looking for someone who in considerate, respectful, and can bring a positive and easy vibe to the apartment. Women/non-binary, over 30, queer/queer friendly, preferred!

You’ll be living with two roommates. One male, 32-year old working professional in the AEC industry.
One female, 35-year old working professional in the Consulting space. She also has a 17-pound dog who is so sweet and kind and just likes to cuddle and be around people. So, liking dogs really is a must (but sorry, no other pets allowed).
