Hi!

My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for a new roommate in my 2br/1ba apartment in Cobble Hill! I've lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it. The shared spaces are furnished although I'm more than open to any new furniture or appliances you may want to bring in.

I value keeping the shared spaces mess-free - I try to clean up after my messes within a day. I'm fine with having guests over or hosting the occasional party, etc. But nothing too crazy please!

Details:
- Across the street from F and G train - Bergen St stop
- No doorman
- Laundry/dryer in building
- Super convenient neighborhood on a sunny, tree-lined block w/ lots of cute bars and restaurants - everything you'd want is within a couple blocks (groceries, dental, medical, banks, gyms)
- 5 minute bike ride to Brooklyn Bridge Park and Dumbo.
- I have a small, super friendly dog named Fizz. He doesn't bark and is basically a cat-dog :)

Hi! I work as a PM at a large tech company and spend at least 3 of the weekdays in the office. I mainly use my home as a place to unwind and you'll usually catch me eating in the kitchen or watching TV with my girlfriend and dog. I try to stay active and am often at the gym, running, climbing, or playing pickleball. I'm a night owl but have had long-held aspirations to be a morning person. :)

Occasionally, I like to go to late-night events like concerts but I'm getting older now and those things are much less frequent.

I always try to be very respectful of my roommates and not be a burden. I like to maintain a clean space but can admittedly sometimes leave things around so I'm not super strict about things! I dislike dirt, food crumbs, etc. moreso than a box that might be left out.

Overall, I'm looking for a roommate that can be equally respectful, neat, and who may want to join me in occasionally checking out a neighborhood spot!
