We're looking for someone to take over a room in our 4 BD/2 BR apartment, located in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We're looking for someone preferably in their twenties and female-identifying (BIPOC/queer/non-binary) to take over the room starting July 31st.

The room comes with a large window that takes in a lot of sunlight, wooden and brick wall panels that make the room feel very homey and vintage, a large closet, and storage space. The tenant currently has a twin-size bed (for spatial preference) but the room can fit comfortably fit a full-size bed, multiple dressers, and other furniture desires.

The rent is: $1,030

Utilities range between $40-$75 (higher during the summer for AC), including WIFI and ConED. We all pitch in on toiletries like toilet paper, sponges, dish detergent, and more.

This apartment is located off the L train line on Dekalb Ave, which is close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, USPS, dollar stores, and more. We're also close to the M and J line near Wyckoff and Myrtle & Broadway. The apartment complex is majorly college students and residents within their 20s-30s.

About This Lister

Overall, we're a very friendly house, all of us being in our early-mid twenties (Priyanka, Adelina, Victoria, and Joli (who's leaving), but also prioritize quiet time if we're not chatting in communal spaces.

We all bond over reality TV, movies, and pop culture. Priyanka (she/her) is a law-school student at NYU, Victoria (she/her) is in hospitality, Adelina (she/her) is in advertising, and Joli (she/her) is a writer.

We all take turns cleaning the communal spaces, and trade off on bathroom cleaning duties!
